As part of the celebrations for World Book Day the Primary 4 children dressed up as their favourite book character. The children were also set a home challenge of designing a cardboard prop for a character from a story, which were all fantastic! Throughout the day they took part in a range of activities such as a parade through the town, reading activities and discussing their favourite character. Finally, the children had the opportunity to choose a book that was kindly donated by the Charity Shop. A great day had by all!
