Primary One and Busy Bees had a fantastic time at World Book Day. We started the day with a pyjama fashion show. After that we had a book swap. The children were so excited with their ‘new’ books that some of them brought their books to read outside during play. The Busy Bees listened to the Julia Donaldson story “Stickman” and enjoyed their popcorn. Primary One children met the illustrator Axel Scheffler through a live chat by Scholastic. In the afternoon Primary One enjoyed their popcorn and snuggle with a book time while listening to Julia Donaldson book “Superworm”. Great memory making days in Busy Bees and P1!!
