Titanic Talk In Primary 7
9th Mar 2020
The children in P7 would like to say a big thank you to Mrs Sweeney, who came in to share some artefacts from the Titanic exhibition. The children had a great time finding out more about the shipyard and showing what they learnt last year.
The artefacts included drafting tools; a piece of linen that a ‘tracer’ would have used to trace the plans; a tile that was a spare when they made the tiles for the Titanic’s swimming pool and a board, which was used for clocking in and out of work by one of the 50,000 workers in the shipyard at that time.
