Shared Education In Primary 4
Primary 4 had the pleasure of visiting their friends at Mount St. Michael’s for another fun-filled day of Shared Education. Today’s lesson was all about feelings and how we can manage and control them. To begin with, the children played a game of charades where the chosen child had to act out a feeling.
The class then read the book ‘Mad Isn’t Bad’ and discussed how it is ok to be angry sometimes, what’s important is how we manage this emotion.
After break, the children created their own book of feelings in pairs. Their second activity was to create a feelings window. They each chose a feeling and drew a picture to represent that feeling.
To finish off an excellent day, the children took part in the Daily Mile and had a shared lunch.
We look forward to welcoming our buddies to Central in a few weeks to watch the dress rehearsal for our Christmas Show!
