PSNI Visit To Primary 5, 6 & 7
12th Jun 2023
Children in Primary 5, 6 and 7 were delighted to welcome a police officer to the school today. He taught the children about the importance of staying safe on the road. Reminding them they should make sure they are easily seen; pay attention in and near roads; wear a helmet when on bikes and scooters and always wear a seatbelt. He told the children that a good way of helping them to stay safe when crossing roads is to always ask: Can I see the driver? and Can the driver see me?
Thank you to the officer for his time – the children really enjoyed getting in to the Police car.
