Primary 7 have been working hard in their first two days back after the Easter holiday.
We began our new writing unit on persuasive writing. We will be learning persuasive techniques for our writing and to use in debates - so beware manipulation at home as the term progresses!
In Maths today, Primary 7 were looking at the order of operations. First exploring and comparing the impact of calculating left to right rather than following the order. The lesson finished with a paired-race to match the calculations to the correct answers.
As well as circle time and PE, we have also launched our World Around Us unit- Titanic. Keep an eye out for fantastic homemade models docking soon!
