Every so often children will be on a course of medication which may require administration during the school day.
We have always tried to facilitate this where possible, asking parents to complete our 'Medication Form AM2' at the office and have the administration agreed.
This year we will continue this practice, however, I thought it might help parents if the form was available on the school website, so parents could print it off and complete it at home...before dropping it in at the office.
Parents can find the form in the Parents' Section of the website in the 'Letters' sub-section.
This might save parents some time !
