In P4, we have been learning all about having a Growth Mindset. We talked about what words someone with a Fixed Mindset would use and those someone with a Growth Mindset should use and have tried saying these to each other. There will be a gritty mascot in our room- Give It A Go Gerald The Giraffe. He will choose one star each week who has shown determination, hard-work and a Growth Mindset in their work.
