Primary 7 children took part in the school-wide launch of the daily mile this morning. Thanks to Johnny from Sustrans who reminded us of the benefits to our physical health, mental health and ability to learn from a burst of daily movement. It was great to see the links between this and our daily wellbeing programme ‘Neuronimo’.
