Coding In Primary 4
6th Nov 2024
As part of EU coding week, Primary 4 were introduced to the BBC Micro Bit. They learnt that a Micro Bit is a tiny computer that needs code inputted in order for it to function. The lesson involved creating a name badge on the Micro Bit. The children learnt how to create a set of codes and input these into the app to be downloaded to the Micro Bit. The children were so excited to see their names flash across the screen. They are looking forward to using these throughout the school year and exploring different types of codes.
