Recently, P7 enjoyed sharing books with P1 children.
It was a great opportunity for P7 to put their questioning, predicting and summarising skills to good use as they read and then discussed the books with their P1 buddy. P7 continue to work really hard and this was a great chance to develop their personal skills - working with others, and in particular the skills they have worked on in guided and reciprocal reading.
